Artificial intelligence (AI) may allow some students at UK schools to continue conversing with Holocaust survivors even after they are no longer alive.
The technology utilises speech-to-text recognition, cameras and AI language model understanding to allow viewers to ask the survivors about their life and experiences.
The programme, which was created by Holocaust Educational Trust, shows virtual 3D versions of Holocaust survivors which can answer 1,000 questions from pupils.
AI presenter Priya Lakhani visited a school in south London to witness the technology in action.
