The United Nations human rights director has said tht Israel may be using starvation as a weapon of war in Gaza. More than 70% of the population in northern Gaza are facing “catastrophic hunger” according to the UN.
BBC News has obtained exclusive video filmed by an American doctor in a hospital there, documenting the scale of the crisis.
Israel has denied that it is deliberately withholding food supplies and says aid deliveries will increase in the coming days.
