Harmful body expectations mean ads should carry warnings if model photos are digitally altered, say UK MPs.
The Health and Social Care Committee wants the government to quickly introduce new laws including better regulation of non-surgical procedures such as Botox.
It also said social media promotion of cosmetic services such as dermal fillers should be tightly regulated.
