Concerns over the use of AI in films | BBC News


From reducing the cost of development to speeding up the pace of productions, industry insiders say the benefits of artificial intelligence to the film industry could be limitless.

Despite the opportunities, professionals have previously taken industrial action over the use of AI, with fears the technology could pose a risk to jobs.

BBC News asked Benjamin Barfoot, director of last year’s psychological horror movie Daddy’s Head, to put the latest AI tech to the test.
