Detecting ‘hidden’ pancreatic cancer cases | BBC News


There are currently no test to look for early signs of pancreatic cancer, which means survival rates are lower than for many other cancers.

The disease often has vague symptoms and can lead to death within months of diagnosis.

BBC Tech Now’s Lara Lewington explores a new medical trial looking to change that, which involves evaluating a blood test that might detect the disease at it’s earliest stages.
