Former US President Donald Trump has been seen for the first time since a gunman opened fire at a rally in Pennsylvania at the weekend.
He was in Milwaukee for the Republican National Convention, and entered the hall to wild applause with a heavily bandaged ear.
The leading Republican candidate was announced as the party’s official nominee.
JD Vance was picked to be his running mate.
