The Duke of Edinburgh is recovering in hospital after a procedure for a pre-existing heart condition. Prince Philip had the operation yesterday at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London.
The update on his health was announced hours after a clip was released from Oprah Winfrey’s interview with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
In it Meghan accused Buckingham Palace of "perpetuating falsehoods" about her and Prince Harry.
