Caroline Boulton, 56, from Greater Manchester has stage-four breast cancer and faced delays at every stage of her treatment. But could the growth have been acted on more quickly? Leading oncologist Professor Patricia Price says: "This is the worst cancer crisis of her lifetime."

Chief Correspondent David Grossman investigates whether something must change in how the NHS treats cancer patients and if this change is coming quickly enough.

Produced by Sean Clare, Charlotte Rowles and Emily O’Sullivan.
