BBC News Arabic goes undercover to reveal allegations of widespread sexual abuse and exploitation by spiritual healers.
In Morocco and Sudan more than 80 women said they had been raped, assaulted or manipulated into having sex.
It is the first time an investigation of this kind has been conducted into the abuse surrounding this unregulated practice.
