Former PhD student Zhenhao Zou has been given a life sentence with at least 24 years in prison for the rape of 10 women in London and China.
The 28-year-old Chinese national kept a ‘trophy box’ in a wardrobe containing jewellery and clothing belonging to the women he raped.
Zou would meet women socially, or through social media, and then take them back to his flat where he would ply them with drink laced with drugs, according to Met Police Commander Kevin Southworth.
The Prosecutor in the case said that 24 further complainants have come forward, while the police said other victims have not been identified.
