Four children are among dozens of people who were injured after a car drove into crowds at Liverpool FC’s Premier League victory parade on Monday evening.
About 27 people were taken to hospital, and two suffered serious injuries – including a child.
A 53-year-old white British man has been arrested and is believed to be the driver of the vehicle, Merseyside Police said.
They are not treating the incident as terrorism.
