Greece wildfires: Pilots die after firefighting plane crash – BBC News

The Greek Air Force have confirmed two of their pilots have died in a plane crash while tackling a wildfire.

The pilots, aged 34 and 27, died as they attempted to control a fire on the island of Evia.
