Gaza’s Hamas-run health ministry has said 10,022 people have been killed in the territory since the war began a month ago.
It comes as the Rafah border crossing between Gaza and Egypt reopened to foreign nationals and badly injured Palestinians seeking medical attention.
Meanwhile, all major UN agencies have said "enough is enough" in a rare joint statement, as they repeat calls for a humanitarian ceasefire.
