Healthcare staff in hospitals across Lebanon are walking out for two days in protest of banking restrictions that have led them “to the brink of collapse”.

Head of the Syndicate of Hospitals Suleiman Haround said that banks would not provide hospitals with money, meaning they couldn’t pay suppliers, and therefore dd not have the materials to run the centres.
