It is exactly 100 years since Walt Disney founded his famous film studio, and the company is celebrating its milestone while navigating tricky times.
Disney, which began with Mickey Mouse in 1928, has since evolved into something much bigger, and holds an enormous cultural influence globally, with movies, merchandise, and theme parks.
But, in a digital age, Disney is exiting the TV business in a move towards digital streaming, which has brought with it a number of challenges – along with the political minefields that the company currently finds itself in.
