Hunter Biden, the son of US president Joe Biden, has been found guilty of lying about his drug use when buying a gun.
A jury in the US state of Delaware found the president’s son guilty on all three counts after hearing a week of witness testimony and evidence in the high-profile criminal trial.
Hunter Biden could face up to 25 years in prison and had pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The high-profile trial comes as his father runs for re-election. This is the first time a sitting president’s child has been found guilty of a crime.
