Campioni quattro anni fa a Pechino e battuti ieri in semifinale dagli Stati Uniti, i due azzurri si consolano col bronzo a Milano-Cortina, superando nella finale per il terzo posto la Gran Bretagna per 5-3. E’ la medaglia numero 11 per l’Italia in questi Giochi Invernali.
Per il tandem tricolore è anche una piccola rivincita su Jennifer Dodds e Bruce Mouat, contro i quali avevano perso per 9-6 durante il round robin olimpico circa 48 ore prima del match odierno.
