Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been greeted by thousands of cheering supporters on a trip to Australia.
Mr Modi met with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, as he looks to strengthen his nation’s economic ties with Australia.
But, while he was cheered by around 20,000 people at Sydney’s Olympic Park, riot police was called to de-escalate tension between activists outside the venue.
