Ireland ‘in mourning’ after Donegal petrol station blast kills 10 – BBC News


Taoiseach Micheál Martin, Ireland’s prime minister, has said the nation is in mourning after a petrol station explosion killed 10 people.

The blast in County Donegal happened in the village of Creeslough on Friday afternoon.

The victims – four men, three women, a teenage boy and girl and a younger girl – were from the village or surrounding areas, said Gardaí (Irish police).

Tributes have been paid to those who lost their lives.
