John Kerry: ‘We’re going to come up with an agreement’ on climate change – BBC News


US climate envoy John Kerry has told the BBC that he’s confident of an agreement at the COP26 climate conference, as the summit enters the final day.

Negotiators from almost 200 governments are trying to strike a deal on how we tackle climate change.

He spoke to BBC science editor David Shukman about arguments over financing the deals, and whether the much talked-about line on phasing out coal and fossil fuels will survive.
