Kamala Harris is closing the gap on Donald Trump according to recent opinion polls showing them as "neck-and-neck".
Fresh surveys carried out by the Wall Street Journal show just a two-point gap in favour of Donald Trump – suggesting that the Democrats have gained ground since Joe Biden dropped out of the race last weekend.
But the polls show Donald Trump currently still has a number of key states on his side with around 100 days to go until American’s head to the polls.
