President Donald Trump will address Congress for the first time since returning to the White House in January.

The speech comes after he paused military aid to Ukraine and imposed 25% tariffs on goods from Canada and Mexico.

Trump will be joined by fellow Republicans House Speaker Mike Johnson and Vice-President JD Vance.

Senator Elissa Slotkin is set to deliver the Democratic rebuttal, as as some opposition lawmakers said they would skip the event.

Elon Musk is expected to be in attendance.
