Liverpool forward Diogo Jota has died in a car crash in Spain aged 28.
The car left the road due to a tyre blow out while overtaking another car, local police said.
His brother, Andre Silva, also died in the crash.
Jota was a Portuguese international and a key part of the Liverpool side that won the Premier League last season.
The Portuguese national team said Jota was "not only a fantastic player" but "an extraordinary person who was respected by all his teammates and opponents".
