At least two people have died and 12 are injured after a two-storey building collapsed in Majorca, emergency services say.
Spanish media reports say the building was a restaurant on the beach in Palma de Majorca.
"It is confirmed that two people died" and "around 12-14 injuries of different severity", local emergency services wrote on X.
The incident reportedly happened at about 20:30 local time (19:30 BST).
