A report into the UK terror attack at Manchester Arena in 2017 has found that the bomber, Salman Abedi, should have been identified as a security threat.
Sir John Saunders, who is leading an inquiry into the bombing, says there were several missed opportunities to prevent or minimise the devastating impact of the atrocity.
Twenty two people were killed and hundreds were injured when Abedi, an Islamist extremist, blew himself up at the end of an Ariana Grande concert in May 2017.
