ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “Non mi pare che ci sia in atto uno scontro istituzionale o che le espressioni della presidente del Consiglio abbiano come oggetto uno scontro istituzionale. La magistratura costituisce un ordine autonomo e indipendente da ogni altro potere”. Lo ha detto il ministro della Giustizia, Carlo Nordio, durante il question time in Aula alla Camera. “Nessuno vuole mettere in discussione il patrimonio irrinunciabile della sua autonomia e della sua indipendenza e mai nessuno ha pensato di poter sottomettere il pubblico ministero a qualsiasi forma di controllo dell’Esecutivo”, ha chiarito Nordio.
