North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and President Vladimir Putin are meeting at the Vostochny cosmodrome in Russia’s far east.

Both leaders arrived at the spaceport early Wednesday afternoon, with Putin showing Kim around the facilities at the site.

Asked if Russia will help North Korea build satellites, the Russian President said: "This is why we’ve come to Vostochny Cosmodrome."

However, when he was asked whether the two will negotiate on an arms deal, Putin would only say that "all issues" are on the table.
