A year after the Hamas attacks on October 7th 2023, Israel is stepping up its offensive in Lebanon, with a wave of airstrikes on 120 targets.
Memorial events took place across Israel, with ceremonies to mark October 7th and remember the hostages still held in Gaza.
Hamas fired more rockets at Israel from Gaza. Hezbollah in Lebanon also fired dozens of missiles at Israel.
