Pakistan army leads flood rescue missions – BBC News

Pakistan is calling on rich nations to pay reparations to help poorer countries deal with climate change.

It comes as Pakistan struggles to cope with the aftermath of devastating flooding which has claimed more than 1,200 lives and left a third of the country under water.

Pakistan’s Balochistan province is one of the worst hit areas and the army has been leading rescue efforts there.

Clive Myrie presents BBC News at Ten reporting from Balochistan by Farhat Javed.
