Police are searching the Arizona home of a person who has been detained in connection to the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the mother of US news anchor Savannah Guthrie.
Guthrie, 84, was abducted from her home near Tucson, Arizona, more than a week ago, prompting a widespread search.
It comes after officials released videos and images showing a masked person, who they say was armed, at her doorstep the night she disappeared.
Savannah Guthrie and her siblings have released several videos on social media pleading for their mother’s release.
