After allegations, speculation and abuse on social media – Phillip Schofield agreed to an interview with the BBC.
The former This Morning presenter became the centre of a media frenzy when he left ITV in 2023 after admitting to lying about an extra-marital affair with a colleague.
He confirmed he had had a "consensual on-off relationship with a younger male colleague", which took place while he was still married to his wife Stephanie Lowe.
