Prince Harry’s case against the publisher of the Daily Mail is under way at the High Court in London.
He is one of seven high-profile figures bringing a civil case against Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) – among the others are Sir Elton John, Liz Hurley and campaigner Baroness Doreen Lawrence.
The group accuse ANL of unlawful activities, such as hiring private investigators to place listening devices inside cars. ANL has rejected the allegations as "preposterous".
This is Prince Harry’s third major court battle accusing newspaper groups of unlawful behaviour.
