The British government is proposing to ban all prosecutions relating to the sectarian conflict in Northern Ireland.
It would apply both to British soldiers and to former paramilitaries.
However relatives of people who died in the conflict say they’ve waited decades for justice, and have vowed to challenge the plans in the courts.
