The US and Russia have agreed to a prisoner swap between basketball star Brittney Griner and arms dealer Viktor Bout.
Griner was arrested at Moscow airport in February for possessing cannabis oil and last month sent to a penal colony.
Viktor Bout, known as the ‘merchant of death, has been locked up in the US for the past 12 years after being convicted of gun-running in the years after the fall of the Soviet Union.
