“Russia will pay heavy price” if it invades Ukraine, warns President Biden – BBC News

The US President Joe Biden has warned that Russia will pay a heavy price if it invades Ukraine.

The President made the statement after earlier suggesting that the NATO alliance might respond less robustly to what he called “a minor incursion”.

Russia has massed more than 100,000 troops on the border of Ukraine. The Russians and Americans are holding more talks in Geneva to discuss the crisis.
