The jailed Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny has told a court in Moscow he is now being investigated on terrorism charges.
He said he had been told by his investigators he would be tried by a military court.
Mr Navalny’s Anti-corruption Foundation has been accused of being behind the bombing of a café in St Petersburg in early April, which killed prominent pro-war blogger Vladlen Tatarsky.
He’s serving a lengthy prison sentence after being found guilty of extremism, while his supporters say all the charges against him – past and present – are politically motivated.
