Russia’s war on Ukraine goes "against everything we stand for", Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte has said.
Ukraine’s President Zelensky has been speaking at The Hague and called for the establishment of a war tribunal to hold Russia to account for alleged war crimes.
The Dutch prime minister made the comments during a press conference with Zelensky and Belgian PM Alexander de Croo.
President Zelensky also called for a decision from Western allies on the provision of modern aircrafts to Ukraine.
He said there is "no rational reason" to postpone doing so.
