The high cost of cancer drugs in India risks putting treatment out of reach for many people who can’t afford it.
A group of hospitals are now taking on the drug companies by pooling resources to buy the drugs in bulk.
They aim to cut the cost of treatment by more than 80% and ensure that even those who remote areas can et access to advanced medicines.
