Spain’s King Felipe ‘devastated’ by deadly floods as PM warns of dangerous conditions | BBC News

Spain’s King, Felipe VI, has said he is "devastated" by the deadly flash floods which have swept across the country.

At least 51 people have been killed with Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez warning victims that conditions are still dangerous and should take care when navigating areas which have been badly hit.

A town near Valencia saw more than a year’s worth of rain in just eight hours, as water washed away cars and destroyed bridges in some areas.
