There are warnings that tens of thousands of people have died in the earthquake that has devastated south-east Turkey and northern Syria.
Rescuers have been searching through the rubble of destroyed buildings with their hands in freezing conditions.
Thousands of people are already known to have died but the the World Health Organisation said the number may rise eight-fold over the coming days, with many thousands of people buried under rubble and unaccounted for.
