At least 27 people, including nine children, have died in flash flooding that has swept through Kerr County in Texas.
Authorities have said 27 girls are still missing after the floods devastated a summer camp located on the banks of the Guadalupe River.
US President Donald Trump said his administration is working closely with local authorities to respond to the emergency, adding that Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is on her way to Texas
