Tokyo Paralympic opening ceremony gets Games underway – BBC News

The Tokyo Paralympic Games are finally underway, 364 days later than planned and after a year of the utmost difficulties.

The BBC spoke to one of the athletes, Stephen Bate, a New Zealand–Scottish Paralympic cyclist.
