Former US President Donald Trump will face a criminal trial on 15 April – the first-ever criminal trial of a former or current US president.
The trial is in connection with so-called hush money paid to adult film actress Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election.
Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of fraud related to an alleged cover-up of that payment in his accounts.
Separately, an appeals court judge has granted Trump an extension to pay the $464m penalty in a fraud case in New York.
