Donald Trump has said he is "very, very unhappy" with Russia and has announced a plan to deliver what he called “top of the line” weapons to Ukraine, in an operation co-ordinated by NATO and paid for by its members.
The US President also said he would introduce “very severe” secondary tariffs of 100% on Russia and its trading partners if no ceasefire deal is agreed within 50 days.
