Bodycam footage showing the arrest of Tyre Nichols in the US, which led to his death, is set to be released on Friday.
Lawyers for the 29-year-old’s family say the video will show him being severely beaten during a traffic stop on 7 January.
Days later, Mr Nichols died, and five now-fired police officers face murder charges.
Ahead of the release of the footage, US President Joe Biden has called for calm, amid rising tensions in the state of Tennessee, with increased police patrols in place.
