Ukraine and Russia’s battle for Bakhmut degrading forces, says MoD – BBC News

Ukraine and Russia’s battle for the city of Bakhmut is depleting forces on both sides, according to intelligence from the UK’s Ministry of Defence.

The report states Ukraine did stabilise their defensive positions in the city following previous Russian advances over the weekend, but muddy conditions and bridges blown up by Russia has made resupplying difficult.

Meanwhile, Ukrainians injured in the conflict are rehabilitating with surgeries and long roads to recovery.
