Russia has just begun massive military drills with neighbouring Belarus, and Ukraine has accused Russia of blocking its access to the sea.

The Kremlin says it wants to enforce "red lines" to make sure that its former Soviet neighbour does not join Nato.

Yesterday, UK foreign secretary Liz Truss held talks with her Russian counterpart in Moscow.

Newsnight’s Diplomatic Editor Mark Urban speaks to Russian Ambassador to the UK, Andrey Kelin.

He started by asking why Russian troops are still heading to the Belarusian border.
