At least 51 people have been killed and more than 200 injured by a Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Poltava, according to Ukrainian authorities.
Ukraine’s armed forces confirmed soldiers were among those killed, after a military training institute was among the buildings hit.
It’s the single deadliest attack on a Ukrainian town or city this year.
“Just imagine this life and like this several times per day. We can’t continue like this. It’s just not fair,” Oleksiy Goncharenko, a Ukrainian MP, said to the BBC.
