As the first shipment of grain to leave Ukraine since Russia’s February invasion set sail yesterday, those working in the grain and shipping industries are cautiously optimistic that it will be the first of many to come.
The Razoni, carrying 26,000 tonnes of corn, became the first ship to set sail to Lebanon via Istanbul – and another 17 are ready to follow.
