President Volodymyr Zelensky has held talks with Poland’s PM Donald Tusk after infrastructure in Ukraine was hit in what local officials are describing as “a massive Russian attack.”
Ukraine says Russia targeted gas infrastructures and other major energy facilities near Lviv.
During the conference, Tusk said “all of Europe is committed to spending more on defence".
